heatRAY DDC Controller
We have developed our very own innovative system known as the heatRAY Drive Dynamic Controller (THE HT-DDC). This system dynamically distributes limited electrical supplies by intelligently predicting and monitoring weather conditions and areas of high activity.
We offer 3 different options of the DDC:
- HT-DDC Timed Manual Switch
- HT-DDC 7 Day Thermostat
- HT-DDC PLC Controller

Our very own designed and built Control Cabinet allows for connection of up to 10 heatRAY heaters.
We can tailor the cabinet to utilise the available feed and switch the the heaters on and off to get the heat to the parts of the building that need it most.
The control cabinet will be set up to your specifications by one of our engineers and will use either switched manual ON/OFF timer, a 7 day thermostatic timer with sensors (sensor kit extra) or our PLC Controller.
- 50,000 hour rated life, which means 10-15 years of expected service life
- Ideal for Warehousing, Sports Halls, Industrial, Car Body Shops
- Warranty 12 months
