Project Brief:
Our valued customer, PRG, entrusted us with the task of designing and installing an efficient and effective electric heating system for their warehouse and rehearsal studio.
Project Solution:
We installed 110 electric heaters, ranging from 3kW to 3.9kW. The system we created allows all heaters to be individually controlled and managed from any desired computer. Additionally, we installed timer buttons for each area, giving employees a certain level of control over the heating. However, this control can be overridden in the program if needed, ensuring flexibility while maintaining optimal efficiency.
Furthermore, PRG has signed up for our Gold Package, which includes a yearly service. This package provides the added benefit of real-time notifications about any potential issues with the heaters. It also gives PRG access to detailed reports on electricity usage, allowing them to track and manage energy consumption whenever needed. This feature enhances our system’s uniqueness and user-friendliness, while providing the crucial data needed for important reporting purposes.

The system is completely automated with PIRs which compliment the 30% dimming function on the units, so when the warehouse is not in a rush period the lights dim to save power but still provide visibility. As soon as movement is detected the particular section of the warehouse illuminates instantly providing excellent working light.

Our honest opinion on the interRAY heaters is that they heat the space up far better than the gas warm air heaters - our technicians are much happier with this heating option and the room will stay warmer even with the roller doors in pretty constant use. They are also more environmentally friendly and the cost was a fraction of the gas equivalent works we will have needed. They are smart looking and effective heaters.
