Project Brief:
interRAY were approached by Kevin Davies of First Facilities Management as the Sytner Mercedes Benz workshop in Bedford had no heating due to the unavailability of parts for their Gas Space heaters.
interRAY were able to quote and provide an immediate installation date. There was a little bit of doubt as this type of heating was unknown to anybody on-site. A visit was arranged to view an existing installation.
The heaTRAY system was ordered within hours of the demonstration.
Project Solution:
7 3.9kW heaTRAY heaters installed in the work shop and 1 in the parts area all operated with a 7 day timed thermostat Dynamic Drive controller fed with a 32A 3 Phase feed. A 450w single phase heaTRAY heater operated via an on/off break timer only 2M high above the parts personnel desks.

Our honest opinion on the interRAY heaters is that they heat the space up far better than the gas warm air heaters - our technicians are much happier with this heating option and the room will stay warmer even with the roller doors in pretty constant use. They are also more environmentally friendly and the cost was a fraction of the gas equivalent works we will have needed. They are smart looking and effective heaters.
